What is Chazzanut?
According to the Wutzupham Dictionary of the Heblish language:“Chazzanut – liturgical prayers chanted in Hebrew according to traditional melodies from various cultural Jewish sub-groups. “
Its taken me a while but I’ve finally started recording myself chanting different prayers. Please note I have a strict copyright on all recordings….which means you must copy them right, then and only then can you share them with anyone you want. :)
Erev Shabbat kiddush chanted in a beautifully somber Moroccan maqam melody. One of my favorites but very hard to sing.

T’hilot (Praises), which center around the Biblical passages that thank God for His deliverance from Egypt at the Song at the Sea of Reeds.
Sim Shalom from the Shacarit prayers chanted in Nusach Ashkenaz. This is what we sing every Shabbat at Bella Torah.
